2. Nothing here is a quotation
The services, ways of paying, timings and any figures shown on this site or on our service websites are there to give you an idea. They are not a quotation and not a promise you can hold us to. We only take on work under a written agreement signed by both sides, with its own list of work, its own price and its own terms.
If anything on this website says one thing and your signed agreement says another, your signed agreement is the one that counts.
3. We do not guarantee results
We try to keep this site correct, but pages can go out of date and we give no warranty on them. Nothing here is a guarantee of a business result. We do not promise Google rankings, sales figures, conversion rates, cost savings, or any number that depends on your market, your price, your product or your team. Where we describe work we do, we are describing the type of work — not a result you should expect to get.
4. Our content
The words, layout, design and structure of this website, and the Akontec and Akon names, belong to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. You are welcome to read, download and print pages to decide whether to work with us. Please do not republish or sell our content, copy it wholesale, scrape the site, or use it to train an AI model or build a competing offer, without our written permission.
Work we do for you is the opposite way round. Under our standard terms, what we build for you — code, accounts, designs, documents — belongs to you. That is set out in your agreement, not here.
5. Fair use of this site
- Do not try to break into this website, its server, or anything connected to it.
- Do not upload viruses or try to bring the site down.
- Do not use the contact form to send spam, anything illegal, or somebody else's personal details without their permission.
- Do not hammer the site with automated requests that slow it down for other people.
We may block access if the site is being used against these rules.
6. Links to other websites
This site links to our other group websites, including digital.akontec.com, pes.akontec.com, ai.akontec.com and saas.akontec.com, and sometimes to outside websites. Our group sites follow the same standards as this one. Outside websites are not ours, and we are not responsible for what is on them or how they handle your data.
7. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd is not responsible for indirect losses, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost reputation or lost data, arising from your use of this website or from relying on it. Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited. Our responsibility for actual work is covered by the agreement for that work.
8. Which law applies
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute about the use of this website goes to the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This does not affect any separate dispute-resolution clause agreed in a signed work agreement.

That written list fixes the price. Want something extra later? We tell you the cost first and start only after you say yes. No charges appearing on the bill by themselves.
Everything is in your name
Your code, your website, your Google and Facebook accounts, your files, your data. If you ever stop working with us, we hand it all over. Nothing is locked to us.
No magic promises
We promise the work, the dates and the quality. We will never promise you a number-one Google rank or a sales figure. Anybody who promises that is guessing with your money.
