1. What we collect
Only what you send us. If you fill in the form on our contact page, that is your name, your company, your email, your phone number if you give it, what you need and by when, your industry if you type it, and whatever you write in the message box.
Our server also keeps a normal visit record for everybody who opens the site: your internet address, the date and time, which page you opened, which site you came from, and your browser. This is standard for every website.
We do not ask for and do not want your bank details, card numbers, Aadhaar, PAN, passport number or any health information through this website. Please do not send them here.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to you — and to pass your message to the right team.
- To prepare your quotation — if we go ahead and discuss the work.
- To keep a record — of what was asked and what was quoted. This protects you as much as us.
- To keep the site working — visit records help us fix errors and block attacks.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent them to anybody.
3. Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies of its own. We do load our fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's server for them, and Google may record the internet address that asked. That request is needed to show the site properly, and carries no cookie from us.
If we add visitor analytics later, we will update this page to name the tool and say what it does, before we switch it on.
4. Who else sees it
Inside Akontec, your message is seen only by the people who need it to answer you — usually the account manager for that team and the delivery lead. Outside Akontec, your details may reach:
- Our hosting and email providers, because that is how the site runs and how our reply reaches you.
- Another Akontec team, if your work clearly belongs to a different part of the group and you have asked us to pass it on.
- Our lawyers or the authorities, if the law requires us to share something.
If we would use an outside company to do part of your work, we tell you who they are, and they sign the same confidentiality terms we do.
5. How long we keep it
If nothing comes of your enquiry, we keep it for up to two years so we have the background if you come back, then we delete it. If we do work together, records are kept while the contract runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server visit records are deleted on a short cycle.
6. Keeping it safe
The site runs on HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on the way to us. Only named staff can open enquiry records, and access is removed when somebody leaves the job or the company. We store no card details on this website at all. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong and your details are affected, we will tell you quickly rather than quietly.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for something. Write to support@akontec.com from the email you contacted us with, or call +91 99944 61072. We will reply within thirty days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can take it to the data protection authority.
8. Changes to this page
When the way we work changes, we update this page. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading. If a change matters to people who have already written to us, we email them.

No job starts from a phone call. Before we begin you get it on paper: what we will do, what we will not do, who is responsible, and by when.
The price does not move
That written list fixes the price. Want something extra later? We tell you the cost first and start only after you say yes. No charges appearing on the bill by themselves.
Everything is in your name
Your code, your website, your Google and Facebook accounts, your files, your data. If you ever stop working with us, we hand it all over. Nothing is locked to us.
No magic promises
We promise the work, the dates and the quality. We will never promise you a number-one Google rank or a sales figure. Anybody who promises that is guessing with your money.
